𝘼𝙩 𝙖 𝙢𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙙𝙖𝙮, they shared a little story with me. We are getting ready to list the home and talking price (Everyone's favorite real estate topic!
). My client was reflecting on when they bought the house in 2017. They bought their home for $𝟏𝟖𝟗,𝟎𝟎𝟎. Now in 2024, we will be listing this house well above $𝟑𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎. My client thought house prices were super high then. Guess what...that's pretty much how everyone feels all the time with home prices! That's how I felt before I was in real estate as a career. Needless to say, my client gets to take their win and turn it into a dream home. They are extremely excited, as am I.

𝙒𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙮. Being ready to strike and making calculated moves at a certain time is a strategy. If you are simply waiting for some outside motivation to make you move in this game, you will probably be waiting a long time. Or you can use this post as your outside motivation and turn it into your motivation.
Now is the time to be prepared. Now is the time to get all your cards on the table. When the opportunity arises you can be the 🆆🅸🅽🅽🅴🆁 and NOT the 🆆
🅸🆃🅴🆁. Hey, if the opportunity doesn't arise, then you can still say you won. Sometimes winning is being ready to take action, but staying the course on your goal outcome.
